We are currently seeking a dedicated, safety-focused, and experienced Forklift Driver to join our growing team. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our warehouse operations by ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials, products, and inventory.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating various types of forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, walkie, etc.), have a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols, and possess excellent attention to detail. You’ll be expected to work collaboratively with shipping/receiving teams, production staff, and inventory coordinators to support daily logistics and order fulfillment.

Forklift Operation & Material Handling
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (e.g., counterbalance, reach, walkie rider).
Load, unload, stack, and move materials and products within the warehouse or plant.
Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and report maintenance needs.
Shipping, Receiving & Inventory
Assist with loading/unloading trailers and organizing shipments.
Transport finished goods to designated storage or staging areas.
Support inventory cycle counts and ensure accurate material tracking using RF scanners or paperwork.
Workplace Safety & Cleanliness
Follow all workplace safety standards (e.g., PPE, lifting procedures, traffic lanes).
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors or safety personnel.
Teamwork & Communication
Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and shipping/receiving teams.
Communicate delays, shortages, or issues clearly and promptly.
Support other general labour duties as needed (pallet wrapping, sorting, etc.).
