Job Duties
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform truck scanning and initial assessments
- Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficientlyCommunicate and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders using our DRM/CRS platforms
- Consistently meet or exceed billable labour hour targets
- Ensure a high level of customer service, striving to meet or exceed expectations at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a service advisor, automotive, or repair coordination role is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work with DRM/CRS platforms (training provided if necessary)
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Customer-first attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities
