- We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to support the assembly, maintenance, and operation of production equipment. Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient production processes
- Assist with assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices
- Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and products
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure safety and functionality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards
- Support inventory management by accurately handling materials and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Prior experience with manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments
